How should I calculate how much tile I need to order?
We recommend measuring your space in square feet and adding a 15% wastage allowance to account for cuts, breaks, and future repairs. For complex patterns like Herringbone, consider adding 20%.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. Since our tiles are handcrafted, natural variations in color and texture occur. Samples allow you to see the authentic finish in your own lighting.
What is the typical lead time for shipping?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom or out-of-stock orders may take 8-12 weeks. Once shipped, transit time generally takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Do I need to seal my cement tiles?
Yes, cement tiles are porous and must be sealed. We recommend sealing them before grouting to prevent staining and again after installation to ensure long-term durability and moisture resistance.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened full boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 25% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
How are the tiles delivered?
Most tile orders are heavy and ship via LTL freight on a pallet. The delivery is curbside, meaning the driver will drop the pallet at the end of your driveway or at the curb using a liftgate.
