At Riad Tile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your tile does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery for all stocked items in their original packaging.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your return is initiated within 30 days of receipt and consists of at least full, unopened boxes of tile in their original condition.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the quantity you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your tiles on a pallet or in heavy-duty shipping boxes to prevent breakage during transit, as items damaged during return shipping cannot be refunded.
Ship and Refund
Ship the materials back to our designated warehouse using your preferred carrier; once inspected and approved, a refund will be issued minus any applicable restocking fees.
